Email & Fax Orders
To submit an order by email or fax please provide the following information:
- Company name (if applicable)
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Billing address
- Credit card number, type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), expiration date, and the name on the card. For Purchase Orders, please note our policy below* (in general, PO's must be over $500)
- Shipping address (you must provide a physical address within the United States; we do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii)
- Name, product code, and quantity of the items you would like to order
To place your order by email, you will need to call us at 800.909.9750 for a current email address. Orders may be faxed to 866.678.5056 with the subject line "TheGreenOffice.com Fax Orders."
We accept purchase orders over $500. Please contact a member of our customer service team or call 800.909.9750 if you would like to make a purchase order. Orders under $500 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Purchase orders are subject to net 20 terms. TheGreenOffice.com may require that customers provide a credit card to secure payment within terms.
