After 30 days, we make no guarantee that we will be able to accept returned items, and in instances where we are able to do so, a restocking fee may apply. All returned items must be in their original packaging or a credit will not be issued at the time the item is returned to the warehouse.
Before packing items to return, customers must contact TheGreenOffice.com either through email ( ) or phone (1-800-909-9750) to receive the necessary Return Authorization Number (RAN). No credits will be issued for merchandise that is refused upon delivery without a RAN.
Please have ready or include in your email the following information:
1. Your Name
2. Item #
3. Quantity to Return
4. Order #
5. Your Phone Number
6. Reason for Return (see below)
You must give one of the following reasons for merchandise return:
1. Item Arrived Damaged. Describe the kind of damage was incurred and return the item in its original packaging. Products that are not declared as damaged BEFORE being sent back to the warehouse will be assumed damaged by the customer, and a return credit will not be issued.
2. Customer Cancel. Customer changed his or her mind.
3. Wrong Item Shipped. The warehouse shipped the wrong item to the customer.
4. Website Discrepancy. The item described on the website did not match the item the customer received, but the item SKUs match. There was no damage to the item during shipment.
